In-Store Return Policy
You may return most new, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition items within 7 days of purchase for store credit. Undergarments, sale items, jewelry, and shoes are final sale items. Store credit does not expire.

 Online Orders

Online orders will be processed Monday-Friday and will ship within 1-3 business days. The Loft Boutique is not responsible for missing packages, delays in shipping, and refused packages.

 Online Return Policy 

You may return new, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition items within 15 days of online purchase date for store credit. Store credit does not expire. Store credit cannot be applied to a future purchase until return is processed. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. (We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error--you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) Undergarments, sale items, jewelry, and shoes are final sale items. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if: 1) We receive your return after 15 days of purchase 2) The items have any signs of wear, alterations, or damage.
